To mark a major mental health commitment, Bechtel partnered with the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP) to announce a $7 million investment in suicide prevention programs nationwide. The event reflected Bechtel’s deep, personal commitment to its people, as underscored by CEO Brendan Bechtel, who called the initiative 'the most important work we’ll ever do.
Set at The Wharf in Washington, D.C., the event brought together Bechtel executives, AFSP leadership, and national media for a sunrise press event designed to shine light—literally and figuratively—on a difficult but urgent topic. Framed by panoramic glass windows and flooded with natural light, the venue underscored the theme of transparency, hope, and forward momentum.

Inkling led the event production, creative direction, technical production, livestream, and content capture. With simplicity and sensitivity as guiding principles, every detail—from color palette to stage design—was crafted to foster openness, compassion, and clarity of message.
